1. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

Nodus Watch Party & Sync has a strict, zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to providing a safe, shared environment. Any content or behavior that endangers, exploits, or sexualizes minors is strictly prohibited on our platform.

2. ENFORCEMENT AND CONSEQUENCES

We actively enforce our child safety standards. If any user is found to be distributing, requesting, or promoting CSAM or engaging in child exploitation through our peer-to-peer network or in-app chat:

• Their account and guest access will be permanently and immediately terminated.
• Their network data and account information will be preserved.
• The user will be immediately reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant regional authorities.

3. REPORTING MECHANISMS

We rely on our community to maintain a safe environment. If you encounter any user violating these child safety standards, you must report them immediately.

• In-App Reporting: Use the "Report User" feature located directly inside the watch party room. Select the "Child Endangerment" option to flag the user for immediate manual review by our administration team.
• Direct Contact: You may also report severe violations, complete with the offending user's Display Name or screenshot evidence, directly to our designated safety contact at:
